Chef Dev, a retired navy veteran, and master griller has been in the culinary profession for over 40 years. Founded in 2011, Big Dev's "Down-Home" Barbeque derives from Southern Georgia. This Deep Southern style of Barbeque has been in Chef Dev's family for over 100 years.
